IWG Gets Boeing Contract

May 1, 2007

IWG industries has announced that they have received another order for its Circulating Potable Water System to be installed on a Boeing business jet. This system is a premium water system and will be installed on the jet at a completion factory in the US. The system will be delivered this year.

"The owner of this aircraft wants nothing but the best," said David Fox, IWG’s President and CEO. "That includes the water system, and our C-PWS is the best available providing consistent water flow and eliminating the risk of in-flight freezing. Not only does it double the amount of water carried, but it maximizes the use of available space. We replace one original air-pressurized water tank with two un-pressurized conformal tanks."

IWG’s innovative system does not pressurize the water, but rather promotes continual water circulation through the use of special aviation pumps. This reduces the total weight needed for the water system and prevents freezing without the need for electrical water pipe heating systems. The water system also uses  water treatment filtering to remove any potentially harmful bacteria from the water.

The Canadian company is a world leader on potable water and provides cutting edge solutions for any aircraft operator.
