Textron Inc.’s Cessna Aircraft Company recently launched its new maintenance program, ProTech, for Citation Mustang – the world’s first entry level jet made for businesses.
ProTech includes optional monthly fees based on a yearly average amount for customers that would cover all labor of regular maintenance. The program will also handle and cover any additional fees if the total labor exceeds their expected amount.
There are three operational levels that customers can choose from based on the projected usage of such aircraft. Any of the ten Citation Services Centers owned by
Cessna or authorized participating facilities in the world can do its maintenance.
Protech also works in union with the ProParts program of Cessna. Both are part of the Citation ProAdvantage program of the said company that offers an array of maintenance and support options to customers.
According to Mark Paolucci, Customer Service Senior Vice President the program helps their customers plan and budget different maintenance costs. And having ProTech as a transferable program, it also helps increase resale values for their aircraft.
Recently, Team Mustang, which is similar to other programs for Citation models, was also launched by Cessna which is another support program for a Mustang. Experts from different disciplines of Customer Service made up the Team Mustang for better focus and immediate responses to issues of customer maintenance.
