Dassault Falcon Ready to Fly

May 23, 2007

Recently, the French aerospace company Dassault introduced a new version of its Falcon business jet.

The Falcon 2000LX replaces the 2000EX, adding significant range to the model currently in service. The first of the new Falcons is due to arrive sometime in 2008 and should fully replace the current Falcons by 2010.

The $26 million jet has a cruising range of 4000 nautical miles, besting the previous Falcon by more than 200 nautical miles.
