Joseph Drake Named New Director Of Real Estate With Gulfstream

Joseph Drake has been named as the newly created director of real estate for the Savannah based aviation company. Drake will be responsible for overseeing all of the aviation firm’s real estate holdings both in North America and in Europe.

Drake brings 25 years of real estate experience to the position. He comes to the company from Orr partners, where he served as vice president. Orr partners had been involved with Gulfstream on its Long Range Facilities master plan. Drake has experience with a variety of different development and construction management projects.

Drake has been a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties for 23 years, and was a member on the Washington Airports Task Force, and was the president of the Committee for Dulles International Airport.
