The Embraer executive jets unit has recently acquired the support of three experienced executives to improve customer service, marketing and sales, as well as contracts.
The airline is investing over US$100 million for this organizational change. The Executive jets division is currently working on: (1) new company owned facilities (2) acquiring service centers into its network (3) developing a training program for pilot and crew for Phenom customers and finally, (4) developing an organization that offers travelers the best service.
While many consultants and executives have been hired, most of the attention will be centered at the new VP of Customer Support and Services, Mr. Edson Carlos Mallaco. Mallaco used to be the head of Embraer’s aviation services, but now the Company will rely on him to bring his expertise to the Customer Service division.
