New European Jet Charter launches with largest delivery of business jets

October 17, 2008

Jet Republic, a new aviation company, recently debuted across Europe with the aim of reinventing the private jet business in the region. Its first order of business: an aircraft order, the largest ever in Europe, worth $1.5 billion for 110 Bombardier Learjet 60 XRs, which will be chartering flights in over 1,000 European airports.

For financing, the new company has turned to Euram Bank, a leading Austrian private bank. They also have backing from a consortium of clients. As a result, Jet Republic has formed a management team that’s world class. The enterprise made sure that their employees are experienced in the luxury and concierge industries.

In addition to that, the ordered Learjets have redesigned cabins—state-of-the-art communication and navigation systems with improved seating.
