ExecuJet Europe inaugurates facility at Berlin Airport

ExecuJet Europe will be unveiling its new and improved Fixed Base Operation (FBO) facility at Berlin-Schonefeld Airport today.

The new FBO represents over Euros 400,000 worth of investments. The two-floor facility spans to 400m2, which includes a crew lounge and operations room, VIP passenger lounges, as well as numerous conference facilities. The new facility is full if innovative architectural designs, which sport a natural color. Space is maximized for work and relaxation. Plus, the facility has its own wireless connection network.

ExecuJet has enjoyed a presence in Berlin-Schonefeld since 2005 when it bought into LBAS (Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services) – a JV with Lufthansa Technik and Bombardier. In mid 2006 it established an FBO at the airport and the company was awarded its German AOC in May last year. Its current fleet of four business jets on management contracts based out of Schonefeld will be doubled until the end of 2008 with more aircraft to come in 2009.
