Embraer to hold operators conference in China

The Embraer Operators Conference (EOC) will be held in China from November 17-21. EOC is slated to take place at the Hotel Shangri-la, in the city of Xi’an, Shan Xi Province of the People’s Republic of China. The event brings together Embraer customers, esteemed guests from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), as well as several Embraer suppliers.
 
Since 2003, the EOC has been held annually in China. It aims to get customers, vendors, authorities, and Embraer to share insights to improve customer satisfaction. It also provides customers a venue to voice out concerns to strengthen their relationship of Embraer.

“It is a great pleasure for Embraer to be part of the rapid growth of the Chinese regional aviation market, and EOC China 2008 reflects this accomplishment,” said Siu Ying Yeung, VP of Customer Support and Services, Embraer China. Yeung continued “Embraer’s products such as the ERJ 145, the EMBRAER 190 and the Legacy 600 have been meeting market and Chinese customer needs, and our support and services team is fully committed to satisfying the growing customer base with high standards.”

As China becomes a stronger player in trade and industry, numerous foreign companies will want to put strengthen their position with the country. Embraer is firmly establishing it relationship with Chinese aviation, which will bring tremendous amounts of profit in the succeeding decade.
