Jet Airways launches JetProtect

Private air carrier Jet Airways, in coordination with ICICI Lombard General Insurance have launched a new overseas and domestic travel insurance product called JetProtect.
The one-of-a-kind product offers protection against risks during travel and can be purchased exclusively from Jet Airways’ website.
The policy covers an extensive list of situations, including medical expenses caused by accidents, losses from cancellations, loss or delay of checked-in baggage, and compassionate visit by a relative in case of illness.
JetProtect also covers instances of terrorism and includes a special cover that protects customers’ house from risk of burglary or fire while the customer is traveling to India.
