Prestige Jet—the fastest growing private jet company in the United Arab Emirates—has formed a new in-house training department for its growing crew.
The new division aims to maintain excellent customer service. “This is another first in the industry in the region for Prestige Jet,” said Nurdinie Mei Abdullah, Group Cabin Crew Manager at Prestige Jet. “We constantly invest in training our people to give each and every one of our client the royal treatment they deserve while on a private flight with us. With setting up our in-house training department, we ensure that the high levels of energy, enthusiasm, hospitality, responsiveness and royal treatment are extended to our customers throughout our flights.”
Prestige Jet is the first Arabian operator to have a base in Europe and is also the first multi-based private jet operator in the Middle East. It was launched in 2007 and is already the largest private jet fleet in the Arab region.
Earlier this year, the air charter partnered with Etiquette House to design tailor-made training courses for new cabin crews. With more and more jets and crews coming in, the company is relying on Etiquette House to develop excellent training programs.
“We have discerning clients who appreciate the finer things in life,” said Merzukhi Bin Abd. Ani, Service and Performance Manager at Prestige Jet. “My aim is to surround them with a refined experience throughout their journey and for them to remember us for our excellence and personal approach to servicing them.”
“As we grow our fleet both to meet increased demands from passengers and in order to take our business to new levels, we also need our cabin crew to be versatile and multi-tasking in delivering outstanding customer service across a wide range of aircraft,” concludes Merzukhi.
