Sentient Flight Group celebrates 10 years of private aviation service

February 5, 2009

Sentient Flight Group, a leading private aviation company in the United States, will be celebrating its tenth anniversary.

In 1999, the company pioneered the membership approach to private jet travel. Since then, Sentient Flight Group has established itself as an industry leader in terms of service, quality, flexibility, and money for value. Through its three main business units, the Group caters to over 5,000 customers annually.

“Now more than ever, individuals and corporations are choosing the flexibility and value of the Sentient Jet Membership and Charter programs to meet their private travel needs,” said Steven Hankin, chief executive officer of Sentient Flight Group. “For 10 years we have built our reputation on providing our clients access to high-quality aircraft with a relentless commitment to service and safety. Since our programs do not require long-term capital investment and are free from the risk of depreciating assets, Sentient is extremely well positioned to continue our strong track record of growth.”

To better its service, the Group is introducing two new enhancements to its membership program: Sentient Network Pricing and Sentient Membership Plus. With the network pricing feature, the membership program will have fixed hourly rates, which optimizes itineraries within the network.

Sentient has more than 150 carefully selected operators that all meet the highest standards of quality and performance. It is the nation’s largest aircraft charter procurement business in the nation.

On the other hand, Membership Plus provides discounts on hourly rates in exchange for a $150,000 commitment over a two-year period.

Hankin explains, “Membership Plus is a truly unique offering in the market given its two-year term, providing an ideal solution for travelers who want to lock in the best possible rates. Combined with the extensive network we have built, we are in a unique position to share the economic advantages with our Members and create a value proposition that no other private jet company can offer.”

“We have been testing Network Pricing and Membership Plus with our Members for the past several months and both have been well received,” Hankin concluded.
