Safety is paramount and as you say most good brokers will always check the operator safety records and maintenance schedules to ensure that there is a safety first approach. Then the broker is also more likely to be forthcoming with the extra needs of the client such as chauffeur driven or helicopter transfers, an any other special requests or requirements. Brokers are focused on their service as in reality it is what they offer.
