You can have a balcony in your private jet

BAE Systems has developed the Air Deck, a balcony that folds from the rear of a private jet.

The viewing platform is new architectural design for private jets. According to reports, it only takes about five minutes to unfold the platform, transforming into an extended living space and an elevated outdoor viewing deck.

Design Q, a UK luxury transport design consultancy firm, developed the designs for BAE’s Explorer One and Explorer Four Avro Business Jets and displayed them during the EBACE business aviation show in Geneva.
