Jetlogic’s marketing strategy is beginning to pay off

May 15, 2010

A private jet company has secured a £3.5million during the first four months of 2010.

Jetlogic was founded by Leigh Wilson last year and it managed to turn over more than £250,000 in its first six months of trading.

With a database of around 5,000 customers, this private jet company is starting to see solid returns from its marketing strategy.

“This year has definitely been a case of the hard work last year paying off,” explained Keith Campbell, sales director. “As a new company, it takes time to establish your reputation. You have to gain the trust and confidence of people to fly them all over the world and we have spent a lot of time meeting people and partners.”

He continued: “The result of that has been we have hit 2010 running.”

Wilson (Jetlogic’s managing director) says that the company began with modest returns. She explained: “We have put a lot of hard work into building our client and membership base and ensuring they get the most competitive pricing. This has resulted in us achieving a turnover in excess of £3m in the last four months.”

The company’s client base includes famous musicians, sports stars, corporate exes, and high-profile individuals.

Jetlogic is expecting to get a boost in numbers from the upcoming World Cup.

Campbell explained: “We have about £1.5m worth of business which should be confirmed in the next 10 days or so for the World Cup.”
