Western Jet Aviation opens operation facility in Reno

Western Jet Aviation, a heavy maintenance center of Gulfstream private jets, will be opening a new facility in Reno in the fourth quarter of 2010.

The company will start operating the facility with 10 new job vacancies.

Western Jet Aviation’s CFO and co-owner, Allen Eggers, believes that the expansion will boost the company’s growth prospects.

“Reno is a great community with a terrific business environment,” commented Eggers. “A facility in Reno will help us attract business from Northern California, Oregon, Washington and beyond.”

Executives say that the new facility will raise the company’s profile in the general aviation community in the country and around the world.
