Major Fleet Expansion for Luxury Private Aviation Provider VistaJet

[Release-News] — VistaJet announces firm order to substantially increase its luxury fleet of Bombardier aircraft at Farnborough Air Show.

$277 MILLION FIRM ORDER FOR SIX BOMBARDIER AIRCRAFT

* Order comprised of four ultra long-range Global Express XRS and two large cabin Challenger 605 aircraft
* Range and capacity of new aircraft ideal for route profiles in VistaJet’s rapidly expanding markets in Middle East, West Africa and Russia / CIS
* New order reinforces VistaJet’s policy of maintaining an average fleet age of less than two years and takes fleet numbers to in excess of thirty aircraft
* Order placed as VistaJet’s business model demonstrates resilience during global economic downturn

VistaJet, the world’s premier luxury aviation company, is to substantially increase the size of its fleet with a firm order for an additional six new Bombardier aircraft with a list value of US$277 million.  The order is comprised of four Global Express XRS aircraft and two large-cabin Challenger 605 aircraft for delivery across 2011 and 2012.

The order, which places a greater emphasis on large, longer-range aircraft, will significantly increase VistaJet’s long-haul capability at a time when the company is successfully winning new customers, both PROGRAM and On-Demand, in markets such as the Middle East, West Africa and Russia / CIS who typically fly sectors of over six to- eight hours.

Additionally, the order will also facilitate VistaJet’s strict policy of maintaining a young fleet age profile, with an average age of less than two years and with no one individual aircraft being more than three years old.
Once all aircraft are delivered, the new order will see an increase in the fleet size to in excess of thirty aircraft.
