A private jet owned by Procter & Gamble Co. landed safely last Friday at Pennsylvania airport after a warning sensor indicated possible problems with the landing gear.
The plane was carrying the company’s chairman and CEO, Bob McDonald.
A company representative said that all 13 passengers, including McDonald, were fine after the landing.
The Gulfstream’s crew members received a warning light while they were making their landing approach. They made several passes over the airport to confirm if the landing gear was properly activated.
The fire and emergency units were quick to the scene after the pilot reported the warning light.
